Product Characteristics & Images

Nonobject offers a wide collection of unique, limited and numbered edition collectible design products. Depending on the materials used for each category, the finished products may vary from one another, as natural materials never look the same. For example, different products of the same collection, made of the same marble - a completely natural stone - could present slight color or pattern differences from the photographic representation on the website. These differences are not considered flaws, so this is not a solid reason to request return, refund or exchange.

Online Orders

The Client can order our products online directly from our website without registration or create a personal account and then use our services.

Create Account

To create an account, select “Account”, provide all requested information and agree to our terms and conditions. The Client guarantees that the information provided in the application form is true and genuine. After the Client has completed the registration, an account is created in their name. Access is possible at any given time by signing in with their username and password. Sign in allows Client to manage the account’s Personal Information, Address, Newsletter preferences, Order(s) and Wishlist.

Order Completion

To order a product, the Client has to select a quantity and add it to their Cart. The Cart allows the Client to preview their product selections, quantities and weight, as well as price before and after taxes. When ordering, the Client can collect the Item(s) themselves, or ask for a quote for a delivery. For a delivery quote, the Client must fill in the form with the desired delivery address and instructions if needed – in accordance with the terms of the article “Delivery, Pick Up & Return”.

In order to confirm the order, the Client is requested to confirm his billing details and pay in accordance with the terms of the article “Payment Methods”. An email accepting the payment is sent automatically.

Prices

All payments must be made in Euro (€). Delivery costs must be paid once subjected to quotation – in accordance with the terms of the article “Delivery, Pick Up & Return”. Except for delivery fees, product cost is due at the confirmation of the order, unless otherwise discussed in the case of specific agreement for particular situations. When ordering, the Greek VAT will apply on the summary statement for orders placed inside the European Community. Only the pre-tax price will appear on the summary statement for orders placed outside of the European Community. The possible customs fees, local taxes, import duties and state taxes are the responsibility of the Client – so is the declaration and payment to the local authorities and organizations.

The price of some Item(s) – for example limited edition objects - may vary depending on the number of Item(s), they could be displayed without any indication of price or may contain a price range. The prices can change at any given point at the discretion of Nonobject.

Payment Methods

The payment of the products or the delivery fees are done through an online bank transfer or credit/debit card. Nonobject uses the cyber commerce payment platform Stripe. Payment by credit/debit card is done through a secure transaction 3DSecure – Visa and MasterCard protocol – which creates an encrypted connection between the Client and the Bank. Nonobject does not have any access to the confidential payment information of the client. The Client guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the means of payment selected.

In the case of non-payment, default in payment, fraud, or attempt of fraud regarding Service usage, Nonobject retains the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Prepay your order in the bank account mentioned. Send us a copy of the bank payment at sales@thenonobject.gr. Agree with the terms and conditions and submit the order. Please use the number of your order as payment reference. Upon the receipt of a copy of the bank mandate payment, your order will be shipped. If payment is not received within 5 working days from the date and time of the order placement – the sale will be canceled.

Payment via Credit or Debit card

You will be redirected to the payment page after order confirmation.

The client will receive a confirmation email of the order after the payment has been received and the availability of the product(s) have been checked. Nonobject will inform the client if an Item(s) is temporarily unavailable at the time of order, of the new delivery period, depending on the time needed to make a new product. If the client does not agree to the new terms within the next 3 working days, Nonobject will send an email confirming the cancellation of the order and the payment will be canceled. If the Item(s) is indefinitely unavailable when the order is placed, Nonobject will send an email confirming the immediate cancellation of the purchase and of the payment.

Product Availability

Nonobject emails the Client as soon as the products are available for collection at the pick-up address, or when the delivery starts for the Client’s address – in accordance with the terms of the article “Delivery, Pick Up & Return”.

Delivery, Pick Up & Return

The Client can choose between collecting their order themselves or have their order delivered to their preferred address. If the Client prefers pick up, they will receive an email with information about the conditions, including time schedule of when the product(s) will be available, working hours and address. The Client has 30 days to collect their order. Beyond this time, Nonobject could bill storage fees to the client. If the Client asks for a delivery, Nonobject will send the quote including packaging, insurance, freight and if any, custom clearance fees. When asking for the delivery quotation, it is the responsibility of the Client to make sure that dimensions of the Item(s) are compatible with its destination. The Client – or another appointed contact – must be present for the delivery and make sure that the product has been received. The Client has to make sure that their personal details – phone number, delivery address, email – are up to date. In case of a mistake in the delivery process, such as delivery address or lack of access, the Client will be the only partly responsible and will incur further delivery fees for a new delivery of the product.

After pick-up, no reclaim could be accepted.

In case of delivery by Nonobject and their shipping partners, any claim regarding insured goods needs to be sent to Nonobject within 48 hours after shipment reception (with goods pictures and delivery note with remark). Any over-delayed claim will be rejected. If the dispute leads to a refund, Nonobject will refund the price of the sale, as well as the delivery and return costs if applicable. Nonobject cannot accept any cancellation or return for the Item(s) that are built on demand. After the confirmation of the order, no refund can be accepted and the full payment of the order is due.

For the products in stock with an online order through thenonobject.com, the Client has 14 days after receiving the item to send it back. The Client can use their retraction right with Nonobject after sending an email to contact@thenonobject.com. Nonobject will refund the order, with the delivery costs included. The return costs remain the customer’s responsibility. The Item(s) must be sent back intact, in its original packaging, and returned in the exact condition it was received.

The right of retraction does not apply if: the Item(s) has been built on demand, or if the Client is not part of the European Economic Area (member states of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein), in accordance with the current regulation.
