A multifunctional plate made of the most famous marble, Dionysos, designed to be part of the Athenian Delta restaurant’s unique culinary experience. It features a curve in its center and it can be used with food, or as an eye-catching decorative element in any room of your home. Delta has a “nothing lost-nothing wasted” philosophy, respecting natural resources, while simultaneously raising consciousness around the importance of sustainability. After several meetings and idea exchange with the Head Chefs, Thanos Feskos and George Papazacharias, Kosmas Serpetinis created this object, which is made entirely from scraps of Dionysos marble. Hand-finished with special care.

The world famous Dionysos marble is white with light green veins and it has the same chemical composition and texture as Pentelic marble, of Parthenon fame.
