This hand-finished marble bowl was designed to be part of the Athenian Delta restaurant’s unique culinary experience. Delta has a “nothing lost-nothing wasted” philosophy, respecting natural resources, while simultaneously raising consciousness around the importance of sustainability. After several meetings and idea exchange with the Head Chefs, Thanos Feskos and George Papazacharias, Kosmas Serpetinis created the Delta bowl, which is made entirely from scraps of Pentelikon marble. It can certainly jazz up your kitchen and if you take good care of it, its lifespan is infinite.

Pentelikon Marble has begun to be quarried since the “Golden Age” of Pericles. Was used in the construction of the Athens Acropolis monuments and several other temples and monuments of Athens and other ancient Greek cities.
