Athenian Delta restaurant has a “nothing lost-nothing wasted” philosophy, respecting natural resources, while simultaneously raising consciousness around the importance of sustainability. After several meetings and idea exchange with the Head Chefs, Thanos Feskos and George Papazacharias, Kosmas Serpetinis created dining objects made of stone scraps.
